When shopping at Publix in Florida , how does it work when your figuring out how much to spend to use the $5/$30 coupon? Do you figure the original price of the item before the BOGO or what it is after the BOGO price is figured in? Otherwords if and item is normally $1.99 (they say in the ad a savings of) BOGO. So do you figure $1.99 or $2.98?
