It's a toss up between CVS and RA. Was RA for a long time but CVS is back in the running. I love their spend $30 get $10 Gift Card.

I think both Walgreens and CVS have great deals but I like CVS best because they're much more coupon friendly. Rite Aid has decent deals but their stores around here are just kind of yucky and not well stocked.
