I'm crossing something off my bucket list tomorrow!
I am cooking a cake (actually cupcakes), the filling, and frosting from SCRATCH! I have never done any baking item from scratch so I am excited!
I found a yummy recipe in Southern Living for Coconut & Pineapple cupcakes with filling and some kind of frosting. I will post pics tomorrow
